For the past decade, Mark Cavaliere has worked to help moms be heroes and restore reverence for life and natural womanhood across the Southwest. What began with a few quiet prayers on the sidewalk outside abortion facilities in Southern New Mexico grew into a regional movement uniting thousands across state lines. Through innovative social entrepreneurship, he launched Her Care Connection outreach and mobile ultrasounds, expanded Guiding Star Southwest into a full women’s birth and wellness center, started The Lily Pad Maternity Home for moms in need, and established Southwest Coalition Action for public policy advocacy. Along the way, he rallied thousands to peaceful and prayerful action, helped close three abortion centers, raised $7.5 million for pro-life initiatives, galvanized audiences across the nation, and trained pro-life leaders in persuasive outreach, effective fundraising, and organizational management.

Now, ten years after founding the Southwest Coalition for Life, Mark is stepping into a new national role with the Life Leadership Conference to help strategically coordinate pro-life leaders and organizations for maximum collective life-saving impact.
